1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in THE MINDSET LAB curriculum, attending sessions, accessing materials, or using related resources, participants and parents/guardians agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Educational Purpose
THE MINDSET LAB is designed as a psychoeducational and social-emotional learning curriculum intended to promote personal growth, emotional awareness, communication skills, leadership, resilience, and healthy decision-making.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship unless separately agreed upon through formal clinical services.
3. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, assessments, activities, handouts, logos, branding, and educational content are the intellectual property of Thrive Together Therapy, LLC unless otherwise stated.
Users may:
Use materials for personal educational purposes
Print materials for approved participant use
Share materials with immediate family members when appropriate
Users may not:
Reproduce materials for commercial use
Modify and redistribute curriculum content
Sell, sublicense, or publish materials without written permission
Present materials as their own work
4. Participant Expectations
Participants agree to:
Treat others respectfully
Maintain appropriate behavior during sessions
Refrain from bullying, harassment, threats, or disruptive conduct
Follow facilitator instructions
Respect the privacy of fellow participants
Failure to comply may result in removal from sessions or program participation.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians agree to:
Support participant attendance and engagement
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain supervision appropriate to the child's age and developmental level
Understand the educational nature of the program
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Together Therapy, LLC, its employees, contractors, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in THE MINDSET LAB curriculum.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify program content, schedules, activities, policies, and procedures at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
